I will not over commit myself.....I will not over commit myself.....I will not over commit myself....
Can you guess what the theme of 2010 is going to be for me? I've decided that if I don't have a happy heart to do something I'm going to learn how to say no. Mark my words!!!

Good for you!! One of the best things I heard about time commitments is to not look at your schedule and see if you have free time but when all the good things come your way ask "Is this the best thing?" If it's not, then saying no can keep your calendar clear for the best things. Andy Stanley says it's part of "creating margain" for your schedule. Good luck! Great to see you last night!
Thanks, Rachel! I am going to complete all committments I've made for this school year but after that I'm going to start making family and friends a higher priority. :)Get ready for some Q'doba runs....in 6-8 months. :)
I am probably going to sound selfish here, but I would love to see more of my precious long-awaited daughter-in-law. You once mentioned having family Sunday dinners together. I think that would be a wonderful thing to do.
I actually have the DVD study by Andy Stanley that Rachel is talking about. Our small group did a few years ago if you would like to borrow it. It's good, I think you would enjoy it.
