Well, it was actually a big day before my BIG day coming in a couple weeks. Anyway, I am really quite speechless about the ExCEL Award. Check it out tonight on WHAS 11. They said it should be on the evening news at 5:30 or 6:00.
Karen, The celebration today was wonderful. It was great to see you honored for all your hard work with students. There were lots of teary eyed teachers full of pride for one of our own. Congrats!
I am so proud of you! While watching you on tv I so much wanted to go to the front door and yell, "Turn on WHAS !!!!", but I restrained myself. I was afraid I might get hauled off to the loony bin and miss the wedding! But I did email a few (18) friends/relatives with links to WHAS tv. Love, your soon to be M.I.L.
